What goes into your flooring estimate?

Every project is different. Installation is one part of the scope; removal, trim, stairs and preparation can also affect the price. For a quick preliminary estimate, send photos and rough quantities for the items that apply to your home.

These quantities are made up to show you what to send. They are not a package, a price or measurements for your home.

Subfloor condition, moisture, leveling, repairs, transitions and access can affect the work. Tell us what you know; we’ll assess what is needed during the visit.
